I had a good experience and the dealership worked with me to get me to the payment I could fit in my budget. I would have preferred be offered to come back the following night to finish the paperwork instead of having to wait there almost 2 hours after closing time. I also didn't appreciate finding out until after I purchased the vehicle that it didn't have all of the features that I had been told it had.
