My service advisor Claudine was outstanding. I’ve been a loyal VW customer for over 25 years and have always had at least two VW’s at any given time in my family, and as a result have dealt with several VW dealers on Long Island and my experience with Claudine at your dealership has been the best by far. She puts herself in the customer’s shoes and thinks like a business person, which is rare, but very valuable.
