Nate Wade Subaru is an amazing dealership who truly cares about their customers and doing great work for a fair price. Our son is in college in SLC and for three years had a Subaru Outback which Nate Wade serviced. When he first moved out, he tried other private Subaru service centers, but none of them provided the fair pricing or service Nate Wade provided. This past summer, I had to buy our son a VW Tiguan and drive it out to SLC. We tried the local VW dealer twice with very poor results and ridiculously high estimates. Even though our son now has a VW, Nate Wade services it and the service quality is much higher and the cost is much lower than the local VW dealer. Nate Wade goes above and beyond and is fair across the board. We highly recommend.
We bought a used Subaru Outback from them and the experience was beyond anything we had hoped for…the salesman was cool and knowledgeable and the staff treated us like family. Great dealership.
Do not buy a car from Nate Wade. If you ignore this and buy a car, don’t use their onsite financing. Paul is super sleazy. If you ignore that advice, just please don’t purchase ANY warranty. Windshield coverage is a total scam. You are better off burning $1,100! Unlike 99% of warranties, this is non-refundable. So if you total your car after 8 months you won’t get a prorated refund. You will get absolutely nothing. Don’t buy a car from Nate Wade!

Definitely want to share my experience with Nate Wade Subaru. I brought my recently purchased used 2014 outback in because I was missing a spring that would allow my gas cap cover to release. Upon inspection it was discovered that I had a cam carrier leak and would need a cam carrier reseal which was going to be an expensive repair. I worked with Colton throughout the whole process and he was extremely helpful in explaining the status of car and the necessity of the repair. Being that I had purchased the car so recently I had an extended warranty that should've covered my oil leak but the claims process with the warranty company was extremely slow and tedious. Throughout the whole thing Colton stayed in close contact with me and was my biggest advocate when dealing with the warranty company. His diligence and ability to accurately pinpoint the failure eventually ensured that I would get coverage and that my car would be back to me as soon as possible. I am extremely appreciative of Colton's outstanding customer service and feel confident I could return to him with any car troubles in the future!
I am very disappointed in this dealership. It was like pulling teeth to get any help. Then they proceeded to tell me they were busy with other people. I felt thrown away..
