My trade-in was Great and they did not pressure me to purchase anything that I did not want. However this survey process has been very difficult for me. It did not seem "user-friendly to me!" I thought I completed it the day I purchased the vehicle but apparently I did not. When I became aware that I hadn't completed it I tried again. But I was somewhat frustrated so I just repeatedly talked into my phone saying Great!. I thought it was ridiculous that I had to come up with 25 words to convince someone that I was satisfied. That review was not accepted. This is my third attempt . I have a personal opinion that surveys don't accurately record the data. I come from the school of thought that "no news is good news" That's why I have bothered to write this long review. This survey was not "Good News"! It was not a pleasant experience for me!!! More
