Went by First Kia on a Wednesday and looked at new Optimas. I told Marlon I would be back Saturday morning to test drive. When I arrived Saturday morning, Marlon was there and there were two brand new Optimas. I told Marlon I would be back Saturday morning to test drive. When I arrived Saturday morning, Marlon was there and there were two brand new Optimas waiting for us. After test driving them both, I decided on which model would suit me better, the EX with Navigation and SiriusXM. Within an hour I was in finance and leaving the dealership. The entire transaction took less than an hour and forty five minutes. It was sensational. So much so that my wife went back the following day and bought a brand new KIA Forte' EX. Marlon is exceptional employee and great sales person. I recommended the dealership to some friends and they too bought two vehicles from Marlon at First KIA. Great store, great people and I will definitely go back when it's time to get a new car and get my service done...great job Marlon! More

I went online to inquire about leasing 2 new Kias. Marlon got back to me quickly and was helpful in getting preliminary numbers down before I even went in to the dealership. Once there, Marlon was extremely busy, but made sure Brandon was able to help in getting paperwork started. We had a pretty complicated deal (2 cars, trade in, etc.), but the guys made sure to hustle and work to get it done. My only issue, which has nothing to do with the sales staff, would be to suggest trying to put some $$ into the showroom and sales area. Kia is getting to be one of the more popular cars in the country, and with an updated brand, should also reflect a newer, updated showroom/sales area. Everything in there looked like it was from 1989 (desks, computers, etc..). More

This man is a very mean and unfriendly person. After seeing the silly commercials he has been in I thought this would be a pleasand experience. I was ready to literally write a check for a car but he wa seeing the silly commercials he has been in I thought this would be a pleasand experience. I was ready to literally write a check for a car but he wanted me to buy the chocolate colored one. The same car same year in white was three thousand dollars more than the brown! Even WITH higher mileage. He made us feel stupid for not knowing white is a more expensive color car. Really my husband and I got the impression he did not want to sell the white car because this is the car the company let him drive. All of his junk was in it! Maybe it was because I was in my workout clothes, but the staff ignored us and "Johnny" needed to help other people and just abandoned us. Made us feel very bad driving out of there. Luckily we bought a car right next door at a dealer who cares about their customers. Johnny is a problem and should not be helping customers with his awful attitude. This is actually our SECOND bad experience at KIA in Simi Valley. Do yourself a favor and stay away!! More
