Rafael Martinez was not friendly service advisor, did not smile, and didn't try to accommodate me in trying to get to work on time. Once the manager who overheard the conversation from the back, he came out smile, and didn't try to accommodate me in trying to get to work on time. Once the manager who overheard the conversation from the back, he came out and was able to get it done for me. The second time, I went there, he was rigid, as makes you fees uncomfortable with his actions and words. More
