Customer Service When I arrived to pickup my vehicle, the sd navigation card was not in the suv. Previously when I had test drove it, it was in there. I had requested it to be replaced because that was the reason I purchased the vehicle in the first place. I still have not received the card as of yet. I have asked the salesman for it and still have not received it. That’s not good customer service on my part. More

Don’t listen to the reviews I’ll admit I was skeptical but let me tell you. It was one of the MOST professional car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My sales person was Chris Ga I’ll admit I was skeptical but let me tell you. It was one of the MOST professional car buying experiences I’ve ever had. My sales person was Chris Gantt he was so knowledgeable and professional. And the finance manager strived to get me closest to my budget as she could. They exceeded our expectations. And the deliverer his name was J Shaw and we love him. He taught us the features and operation of our vehicle. He was so professional and very sweet. We are happy buyers! More

DO NOT GO!! Long story short, I had my own financing and the finance manager treated me so badly once I told him that I wanted to use my own. On top of that they took $500 from me and it’s now almost a week later and I still don’t have it back. I’ve called several times and no one will call me back in regards to the issue. It’s unfortunate that the finance manager was so rude because my saws person was awesome and the finance director was pleasant as well. More
