The service was really great! When I drove up I spoke with Antonio was very friendly. He took me in to talk with Latasha who assured me that my car was in good hands also that there was a recall on my car that could be fix the same day. Then from around the corner came a familiar face, Chad Moran (formerly Kia). From day one at the old dealership he was awesome! He know his job and does it well! Keep you informed with updates! Thanks guys! Love the service!

"Speed of Service A Problem"

Overall, my experience was just okay. I had an appointment at 8:00am and I was the first car to arrive. I did not leave until after 10:00am. My car was ready for about 20 minutes before I was called to come and pay and check out. I do not know what kind of service everyone else was getting, but I was annoyed that a few customers were finished before me. In addition to this, I was told my car would be vacuumed, but it couldn't be washed because I was going to be out of there before 9:00am and no one came in until after 9:00am. My car was not vacuumed and since it took so long my car should of been washed or someone should have asked me if I wanted it washed. I like that I was walked to my car and the team was friendly, but I shouldn't be waiting almost two hours for an oil change with an appointment.

"Work in progress "

Need to work on service personal getting with the customer as they enter service bay. I was pleased with the service once I was helped about ten minutes after pulling in. It's a working process. Over all was ok a little long on a oil change over a hour and a half. Need to work on times! I understand it's a working process but really think about waiting a hour and a half for just oil change, no wash. I'm sure it will get better. Mrs. Latasha was great Mr. Chad was great they were over booked and over worked.
