I was comfortable and did not feel pressured towards buying. They answered all my questions, exceeded all expectations, and redefined my perception of used/pre owned car dealerships. Sharlean Geter was our sales advisor, the first person we meet when we entered the lot. She was very patent, collected all our information, found the vehicle in the lot, and coordinate a test drive. The vehicle far surpassed our expectations and perceptions of used vehicles. Sharlean, was knowledgeable on the many accessories the vehicle and its history. Despite being very late in the evening, surely about closing time and past here scheduled hours she stayed with us as we were excited to close the deal and take the vehicle home that night. He also was able to find us a better interstate than our preferred bank, which kept us within the payment range we desired. Per his recommendation, the amount of cashed we saved played for itself with an extended warranty program, adding yet another layer of confidence in our purchase. Richie Bowles was our service advisor POC, he assisted us with coordinating the installation of our truck liner and identify and locating several accessories that we planned to add to the truck, and where the best prices were. I had called him several times and he was always return my call swiftly with an upbeat positive response. Excellent customer service. THANKS ALL.!
