I had a great sales experience at ALM. My salesman was great. Fast forward 6 weeks later, a police officer showed up at my house to say that the tag I received 3 days earlier (after my de My salesman was great. Fast forward 6 weeks later, a police officer showed up at my house to say that the tag I received 3 days earlier (after my dealer temporary tag expired) was stolen. I called ALM and was told that they can’t help me. They said the tag was mailed the day my tag expired, 6 weeks after purchase. Since the police officer took my tag, I now have no tag on my car and can’t drive it. I took off of work today to go to the tag office and they can’t issue me a new tag until I notarize forms saying that it was lost or stolen. I’m missing work to deal with this craziness. ALM should have given me another temporary tag or something since they took too long to request the tag according to drivers services. This is the second vehicle I purchased from ALM. I had a great experience in Duluth 4 years ago but after this experience, I will not be back. Who has time to deal with this??? Update: Day 3 of dealing with this. The DMV cannot issue a replacement tag since ALM didn't request it until 12/12, the day my temporary tag expired. You have to wait 30 days. Called Jonathan this morning at 8:30 am and he promised to call corporate at 9:00 am and call me back. 1:00 pm, didn't hear back so I called him, he sent me to voicemail. I called corporate myself and they never heard from Jonathan about my tag..................... They were shocked that we were put through this by ALM Roswell and Jonathan. They emailed me a replacement tag in 5 minutes. Apparently, it's not a big deal. Our last purchase was at ALM Duluth and it was very positive. Avoid ALM Roswell. They are a mess. More

I purchased a car from this dealership on Saturday, then found out on Monday. They sold it to someone else. I left a deposit, and sent them the instructions from my bank for the loan. Very dissatisfied with the whole financial department. I was sold a warranty and GAP protection which I did not need either. I refinanced the vehicle and was able to cancel both and get refunds. I received the GAP refund from the previous lender but I have been over 3 months trying to get refunded for the warranty from the corporate office of ALM. The check has been sitting on the check signers desk for 3 weeks! They are quick to take my money for the sale but cannot rightfully return it when they are supposed to for cancellation of the policy. Warning the warranty company, EasyCare, is no help. All I want is my refund. Warning to those who are thinking of doing business with this company. More

It was missing 2 lug nuts, front tire had a hole in the sidewall, rear rotors had cracks in them and a lip the thickness of a nickel, door dent driver side rear door and a fault on the dash for parking assist! NONE OF THIS WAS DISCLOSED! Manager discounted $500 off the deal! BEWARE!! I walked out snapped pictures and made my journey home! 20 hours round trip!! 1300 miles on my 2017 BMW M4 convertible as I was to trade it in! $250 gas / $40 tolls! I DO NOT THINK THEY TRULY INSPECT THEIR CARS AS THE MOTORTREND 150 POINT INSPECTION SHOULD HAVE CAUGHT THESE ISSUES! THEY charge $999 for it and you would think it gives a piece of mind! Salesperson texted me today after being in to look at a car yesterday, but we were too far apart on the deal. When I left work to drive all the way over there, there number was over $4,500 more than what she said they would do. "Oh, we thought you would go up from the price you said you would pay..." CLOWN SHOW! Total waste of my time and as a businessman who is fair and direct, I do not appreciate this type of sales tactic. Amateur hour at ALM Roswell. I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THAT GOD_FORSAKEN DEALERSHIP AGAIN. More
