I was considering the purchase of a used Escalade ESV for $100,000 and gave the dealer a $2,000 refundable deposit to hold the car. 10 minutes later, our insurance agent advised that the car couldn't be ins $100,000 and gave the dealer a $2,000 refundable deposit to hold the car. 10 minutes later, our insurance agent advised that the car couldn't be insured for that amount because the original MSRP was $78,000. That's right, they were trying to pawn off a 3 year old vehicle for $22,000 more than the car cost when new. When I contacted the dealership immediately afterward to discuss price, he mumbled something like "well, that's the market." Needless to say, I cancelled the hold and was told my $2,000 deposit would be credited back to my credit card. 45 days later, I still haven't been credited. I'll get my money back...but this dealer has no integrity whatsoever! More

We got the car home, drove the car for a day or two noticed all all the oil was on the garage floor. Blue stuff on oil pan, so they tried to fix had a leak,knew it was leaking. We Replaced oil pan, oil light still goes on for low pressure and 2 quarts oil missing, but no leak. They cleared the light and sold the car knowing there was a problem. Weave bought cars there before no issue, we wont go back. More

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I purchased a 2006 Porsche Cayman S from this dealership in early March, 2022. The car was sold without any emission testing. I was told to get the emission done and I will be reimbursed. I took it to be tested and the car failed twice. I contacted ALM and spoke to their Sales Manager and he indicated he is customer focused and will get back to me. Its been 10 days and no word from him. I had to spend $900 to get the car fixed in order to pass the emission. I then spent $18 for the emission test and then contacted the DMV for my tags. I was told by DMV that the dealership has not bought a plate for my car. I was under the impression that once you purchased a used or new car, the dealer would file the registration paperwork. Again, I had to buy the plates ($20). This is the first time I had some much issues in buying a used car and with little help getting this resolved - I would have liked to give zero stars but that was not an option. Note: I must admit the car had a different issue as well and the dealer made an attempt to fix it but was unsuccessful. The sales guy I worked with was friendly and did a decent job. More

I purchased a truck from ALM Roswell in GA on February 5th. They have great vehicles but their business practice is horrible. Then they tried to add $995 for a paint protection that had not been completed because they had just got the truck in and it was extremely dirty when i went to test drive the 2020 F150 I purchased. How many people fall for this illegal pricing!! Then I was told that they had to do my DMV paperwork because I was from South Carolina and they used RegUSA for completing the Title and registration. RegUSA charges a fee for the service which I knew because I used them in my previous job. I knew they would need my personal property tax payment and sent that right away. Called about 5 weeks later to check on my plates and was told that they only do title only for SC residents. Again, not what I was told by the finance manager that did my paperwork. I emailed the owner’s assistant last week and request funds charged for registration be refunded and had no reply to my email. Great vehicles but very shady business practices. More

This place is terrible, absolutely ZERO follow-up and care for making a situation right with the customer. I purchased a vehicle in mid August. Well, over two months later and having been told countless times the floor mats are on the way (in addition to over 10 voicemails going unreturned), I still do not have the floor mats. They just simply lie to you to get you off the phone and don't care about doing the right thing and what they promised. More
