The service department isn't S " customer oriented" as it was in the past. Maybe due to change in ownership? I called to schedule a service - took two weeks for simple oil change! My usual service advisor shuffled me off to another advisor who was already busy with another customer. I waited 15 minutes to be seen - after my appointment time. I had arrived early. The usual 45 minute to 1 hour service took over two hours. Afterwards I had to ask to get the list of issues - usually these are reviewed without having to ask. Did not get a copy of the check list of systems looked at - Always given this in the past. No list of what was in good order, needing attention, urgent attention needed. ( green, yellow , red) Not impressed with the " service" coordinator. Also - having the "RED" phone to talk to the "boss " in the check in area if one has concerns - poor location if the boss expects it to be used. More

Service department is great. They have a courteous staff that get your vehicle serviced and you on your way. I have used their free ride service to get home and back when I’ve They have a courteous staff that get your vehicle serviced and you on your way. I have used their free ride service to get home and back when I’ve needed to leave my vehicle. They have a nice clean customer lounge area with coffee and other beverages. They even give you a courtesy car wash if you have time. No one enjoys taking their car in for service, but if you have to, this is the place. More
