Doesn't sell quality vehicles. My husband has purchased 3 vehicles from Abilene Used Car Sales and all of them are constantly in need of repair. The vehicles are taken to "their" repair shop and comes back with a new problem when we finally get it out the shop. This place needs to be investigated. Do your homework BEFORE you buy. More

Terrible experience with them. Day one I drive it off the lot the engine overheated. They took over a week to fix and a couple of months later the exact same thing happened. They were not wanting to fix it without charging me when it was the exact same reason that happened on day one. The man that works on the repair shop was extremely rude when I told him it wasn’t on me that the engine overheated once again. If it was fixed probably the first time it wouldn’t have happened again. There has been some kind of leak after day one I have told them about and it was never fixed. Come about a month after it was “fixed” for the second time it started running severely rough and now will not start. I have had nothing but issues with Ty this car from the day I drove it off the lot. We just got a call from the the mechanic shop. We are told it will be over $400 to fix a leaking gasket. Which has been leaking the first time the car severely over heated and they were told about it. Which an engine severely overheating not once but TWO time can cause it to happen or the bolts being over tightened. So I just want to know how it is our responsibility to pay for any of it when it was y’all screw up to begin with for half xxx fixing something. Just ridiculous to be honest. More

Alright at first then falls to worthless I went and bought a truck paid off with receipt in hand and it got repoed went through a friend that had a car from there I took over payments car was I went and bought a truck paid off with receipt in hand and it got repoed went through a friend that had a car from there I took over payments car was taken filed a report and Abilene used car sales repoed it so what kind of car lot is this so this is how they make there money the truck I paid off was $10000 and the car I took over payments on I was still paying on owed $5000 More

Not worth dealing with I bought my suburban from here 10-31-2017. I already started having problems with it. I told them about it. The problem there is I am a single mother of 3 kids. They told me they don't do loners an I live 50 miles from them I can't be without a vehicle. Then just this week my payment is due I go to pay it online an they charge $5 to do by phone or online. I don't have another $5 . I asked if I couldn't pay the other $5 next payment an they said NO they have to have it now or they will come repo it an then I would owe $5 plus the $180 towing fee. An in order to load money to my card the minimum you can load is $20 an I don't have it I only have the $150 that I owe. I have dealt with better dealerships I'm giving them the vehicle back this month. I've had more then enough of them More
