Due a truck sold to me with mechanical issues and then traded for a second truck I am now buried on a loan with over 10K in negative equity and a payment that is 20% higher than originally negotiated. The service department was less than cooperative with the truck issues taking 4 visits over a period of 3 weeks to finally pinpoint the cause of the faulty engine. I am extremely disappointed in the way this whole sale was handled other than the one person that actually paid attention and effort to resolve even on a negative outcome for myself as a customer. I regret to say that I will not recommend your dealership services for the reasons listed and the simple fact that the truck mechanical issues should have been caught during the presale inspection and avoid the hassle and wasted time and money ultimately to end up with a truck that at this time seems to behaving the same issues as the previous one and may result in mechanical failure in the near future. Thanks for your attention to this matter and hope this doesn’t happen to another customer. More
