I CALLED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR NEXT THURSDAY, APRIL 25, 2024, AT 9 A.M. BETH TOLD ME I COULD COME IN TODAY (THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2024 AT 1:30 P.M. I WAS THRILLED. I WENT AND THEY EVEN RECTIFIED A RECALL, I WAS UNAWARE OF. THEY BOTH WERE VERY PLEASANT, AND SO PROFESSIONAL TO ME. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE, TO MAKE ME FEEL LIKE FAMILY!
