Bad service, brought my focus in for some work that I had scheduled. Asked for a loaner,I was told they do not do that anymore.Would have to rent a car, not a big deal for "one" day. Got a call later that day that, Acton ford didn't have the part.... so I had to rent car for "2" days now great. Got other call saying they had to order other part and they will have that part on Saturday, Disappointed that no parts till Monday!!!. So I will have to rent for not 1 not 2 but "4" days!!!!!! They should of "lied" to me and said the part would not be in till Monday. I guess thats how they do Business just other "car dealership" that will take your money and they won't even give you a ride home even if you ask! Worst service ever Mo Alden More
