It is truly a pleasure to be a part of the Acton Toyota family - I always feel welcomed - even if I'm just stopping in to say hello to Travis McCarthy. Every time I enter Acton Toyota I am greeted with a smile from Susan or the receptionist greeter. When I need service I am greeted promptly with a courteous smile and inquiry as to what I am in need of and then off to one of the fine service coordinators - from Neil Schwartz to Steve Martin. As with any dealership price - you expect to pay a bit more - after all I am not visiting my corner gas station garage - and Acton Toyota in my mind exemplifies what a quality dealership should be - You'd expect this type of superb service from a high end car dealer - but I get every day with my every day car - It is truly a delight to visit Acton Toyota of Littleton. Excellent new dealership. Efficient sales process. The salesman even worked while his two month old newborn spent some time in the hospital with a high fever. I was met by Shawn on the very first day I wanted to find out about leasing a 2010 Prius. I had visited the web site and showed my interest of trading my 2006 Hyundai. He contacted me the next day. I told hi out about leasing a 2010 Prius. I had visited the web site and showed my interest of trading my 2006 Hyundai. He contacted me the next day. I told him that this was all new to me but I wanted to look at a lease because I only drove about 5000 miles a year. He said this would be perfect for me. I've always wanted a Prius and now I was able to get one that would have been out of reach as a purchase. Well, I love the car and I have to say Shawn had to put up with my emails and call backs. When I told him I wouldn't be able to pick the car up for a couple of days because of taking care of my grandson, he offered to deliver the car to my house and drive back in the trade. Great service.......Look forward to dealing with Acton Toyota again.. More
We just bought our second Toyota from Acton - both experiences have been straightforward and easy. Competitive prices too. We have now '97 & '98 and '11 Camrys and '07 & 09 Prii. As always, a great customer experience. Love having wireless access; I get more work done in their cafe than I do in my office! I also got a sense where the problem areas are so that I can get more aggressive with my anti mouse proofing. (it has been a tough year) No complaints from me; those guys do it right! A nice clean place to work while waiting, free breakfast, great coffee, and supportive service staff. More
The salesperson I worked with, John Bohr, was very helpful, friendly & reasonable. The finance guy, Steve, was a little pushier, but I guess that's his job: to upsell the add-ons. My husband and I have been in contact with Acton Toyota for about three months now. We almost bought our Tacoma around Labor Day but there was a mix-up concerning the rebate and it had expired before the n for about three months now. We almost bought our Tacoma around Labor Day but there was a mix-up concerning the rebate and it had expired before the new Tacoma was delivered to the dealership from NH. (We wanted a color other than white or black and that's all Acton Toyota had at the time). We were disappointed to lose that special offer and we decided not to buy at that time. Steve Augusta stayed in touch with us (not in an annoying bothersome way though) to let us know of subsequent special offers. On Nov. 17 we had both a call from Steve re: a terrific dealership rebate as well as an email from Toyota offering an additional $500 off. This was all too good to ignore; we paid Steve a visit and bought our new Tacoma! We love it. I'd say the 2 best qualities that stand out from all our interactions with this dealer are 1) no pressure to buy and 2) follow-up. Steve Augusta and Tomas Revetria both have done a very good job. More
