Customer service I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and always bring it in for my oil change. One associate who I always work with is so helpful, calm, and just I’ve bought 3 cars from this dealership and always bring it in for my oil change. One associate who I always work with is so helpful, calm, and just great to work with. But I was checked in with another associate and was not pleased. Even though she was not particularly rude to me, she was extremely rude to her co workers and I found it to be uncalled for. If I ever get her again as my customer service rep, I will be sure to take my business somewhere else because I don’t appreciate people who don’t treat their co workers with respect. More

Also got message for a system update, w Our 2019 is one month old. Continually got message to check tuner. Radio, both Sirius and FM had tuner issues. Also got message for a system update, which we learned at dealership can only be done at or close to dealer. Also experienced brake noise; never had any such noise with our 2014 RDX. Tuner issue appeared to be fixed with system update. However 5 days later issue has returned. Was told Acura aware of brake noise and are looking into it. Our brakes inspected and deemed ok. More

Program new FOB I installed a new remote start module in my 2015 TLX. It was an Acura part. Easy to install. I needed to have the new FOBs programmed so, I took th I installed a new remote start module in my 2015 TLX. It was an Acura part. Easy to install. I needed to have the new FOBs programmed so, I took the car to Acura Columbus. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I received prompt attention on my arrival. Unfortunately, after waiting about 45 minutes, I learned that their computer which was used for programming the FOBs was "down". I was offered a loaner vehicle but, I could not leave my vehicle at the time. I received a call later in the afternoon indicating that their computer was now working. I returned and the quickly did the work. Dinging one star simply because I had to make two trips. More
