Bunch of Scam Artists I looked at a used ram 1500 there, very low miles but the price wasn't right. I left they called me a week later and told me to go back. I told them w I looked at a used ram 1500 there, very low miles but the price wasn't right. I left they called me a week later and told me to go back. I told them what I wanted to pay and they got me there. It was a Friday right around closing. They didn't budge one single penny on the price of the truck, not one cent. But whatever. It had no floor mats so I said listen get me weather tech floor mats all around and I'll sign the paper. They said sure and we both signed a written agreement that they owed me the floor mats and a detail because they couldn't do it that close to closing. Needless to say, I found out that they tacked the 300$ onto my loan for the floor mats, but wait it gets better. It's been almost 2 months and I don't have them!!!! HAH! They never gave me my detail either. But just wait here one second. I called the dealership atleast 20 times leaving voicemails on the managers phone. NOT ONE SINGLE TIME did he return my phone call. Not once. And to top it off, they plain ignorant. I was in there telling them that the payment was too high on the first day I was there and the assistant manager comes in and said I had no xxxxx because I wouldn't take the payment? This dealership is a piece of xxxx, they'll lie and steal your money. I HIGHLY advise not going here if you want a good deal or a trust worthy dealership because this is not them. I will be filing a complaint to the attorney general of Ohio and see what happens from there. ALL BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SHADY xxx DEALERSHIP. More
