My experience with this dealership has been the best that I have ever experienced with any Acura dealer, either in Maryland or elsewhere. Will Vandeven (the excellent salesman) allowed as many test drives as necessary, and was a very pleasant salesman. He did not pressure me in any way, but rather was extremely helpful and provided information about safety systems on the vehicle. Andy Franklin was the most pleasant GM that I have ever dealt with in any auto dealership; this is saying a lot because I have purchased 6 vehicles in the last 10 years (5 Lexus and 1 Acura, including 3 flagship models). Andy even had the service people test and certify that the CMBS system was working properly on the vehicle that I purchased because I could not get it to activate during a test drive (i.e., Phase I). Everyone at the dealership was friendly and did the most to make my car buying experience (2011 MDX)a pleasant experience. More

I'm not a fan of carsaleman, (women), I feel as though I can't trust what they are telling me, they are just interested in the sale and your done. The people that work at Norris treated me as if they truly can't trust what they are telling me, they are just interested in the sale and your done.
