I know when I bring my car in and Frank is my service advisor, everything will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Love the new showroom! Nice and roomy. The entrance was hard to find, drove all the way around the huge block trying to find it, finally called and found it it’s right after the hotel entrance for now. Saw the new A-spec too, very nice!

I would like to thank Shane Yuen, Jacob Pokipala and Master Technician Chad taking such good care of my 2018 Acura TLX A-Spec. The feeling of Aloha that I got from the staff at Acura of Honolulu makes me wonder why I didn’t make Acura my car of choice from back in the day. I will certainly continue having service done on my A-Spec in the near future and consider picking up another Acura. "Smooth Operation"

From start to finish, I was treated with respect. Jacob ensured that the service was done as quickly as can be, especially since it was for a weekend appointment. With a free wash and vacuum, my car was ready within the time they said it would be done. I was able to meet my other personal appointments for the rest of the day. Great teamwork on Acura's part!
