He showed genuine interest about what I was looking for and why. He gave great insight and always highlighted the things I wanted to hear about, like safety features. At the end of the process I interacted with the GM Joe Bellavia. Another great guy and really helped answer any questions. Lastly the closing out of getting the car was so easy and seamless.
