My husband and I leased 2 vehicles. We went in looking for a new TLX, and needed some work done on a used TSX that we currently had. Jim Perrin worked it out so we could trade in the TSX without having to pay to have the work done, and got us into a brand new ILX for less than what we were paying for the TSX. The whole dealership, including service and Kim Simmons are top notch. We have been recommending them, and will definitely be leasing our future vehicles with Garber. The service bays are clean and well lighted, Similarly the technicians wear clean uniforms and are neat consistent with the Acura image. The service coordinators are very friendly. They remember my name, know me, even though service visits are infrequent. The service advice is solid, dependable, good in considering my vehicle and needs. The car is returned to me in spotless condition. I continue to be well satisfied with the service provided. I recommend Acura of Rochester service to other Acura owners. More
