I always seem to come back to Acura of Westchester for my dealer service needs. They have consistantly done work right the first time and for the right price. Of coarse my acura vehicles have rarely needed anything more then just daily maintenace to keep running like new. It has always been a pleasure returning to Acura of Westchester when ever I did need something. If your not Happy I have always found that Johnny Lee or Elizabeth White more then interested to make things right so you go away happy. There is so much more to say but I just want to keep this short. You wont find any better dealership in the tri state area for all your automotive needs. More

He is great with dealing with my service needs on my new ILX. I had an issue with body damage with my ILX and he was able to get it all sorted out and done hassle-free. Since I work a lot, I have trouble getting my car serviced but Alvin was able to get me in for my first oil change during the evening which was very convenient for me. If you ever need help in getting your Acura serviced, Alvin would definitely be the best person to go to. Overall, Acura of Westchester is a great dealership. I made a great choice. More

In great need of a sign or greeter in the service Dept I bought a car at this Acura Dealer and 6 months later my boyfriend also bought an SUV here. I've made an online appointment to change one valve, on a I bought a car at this Acura Dealer and 6 months later my boyfriend also bought an SUV here. I've made an online appointment to change one valve, on a tire that was leaking. I verified the time and information by phone the previous day. When I arrived, the Valet took information and told me to go wait inside. I noticed the service Rep. Angela wasn't at her desk and everyone else looked busy and pretty much ignored me as I walked by. 2.5 hrs later, i was wondering why a valve was taking so long! After inquiring I was told my car was outside untouched because I didn't registered for service. (This is my first visit Acura! don't assume we know the routine) Needless to said I was hungry, tired, and livid. Specially because I drove over an hour each way for service. My point is: Don't assume people know the rules, have a sign or a greeter directing you to register, this whole misunderstanding could've been avoided. More
