I took this car for a scheduled maintenance (oil change & filter), and I was told the car needs "Rear Differential service & Brake Fluid Flush" The cost for me to pay was $ 199.00 for each job. We felt that they were not transparent with the price. Went back after when we realized it and was told we misunderstood and paying cash is always higher despite quote of 500 difference to do a loan. Was told paying cash is also higher which I know is not true. Offered an oil change as an offering. That extra oil change is costing me $1500. It also took 8 hours at the dealer and we did not haggle. Very disappointed. More
