"Oil change"

I made a service appointment for 10/23 for a routine oil chAnge. I arrived a bit early and was greeted by an awesome young man who swiftly took care of me. I arrived at 4:45 and to my surprise was done and on my way home by 5:00. I printed a coupon and Michael O’Neill was so amazing as I shared my nightmare stories about Millenium that he honored their coupon as well. Total cost was 0.00. I will be taking my car to this service center for all future needs. Stay away from Millenium especially Claritza Munoz. She is nasty and rude. Kudos to ADVANTAGE HONDA for the best experience.

"ADVANTAGE HONDA SUCKS!!!"

The first time I went to Honda to get my car safety inspected and serviced, they charged me $406, and about a week later, I was on the highway, and my cars check engine light came on, and my car stopped running on the highway. Obviously the ignorant moron working in the shop didn’t know how to inspect a vehicle for safety, so I went back, and the guy at the front desk started giving me attitude because I told him my car shouldn’t be breaking down on the road when I just paid $406 for safety, maintenance, and service!! I bought my 2017 Honda Civic for $25,000 and its the biggest waste of money. I don’t only recommend you don’t buy from this Honda dealership, but you reject Honda itself because they simply DO NOT CARE!!

"Brakes"

I visited Advantage Honda to address a squeaking sound which I thought was coming from the brakes. Gloria Alvarez the Service Associate was very helpful in setting up my car for examination. My entire brake system was checked by Carlton the Service Mechanic and my brakes were good. Carlton and I went for a test drive to see if the problem could be duplicated. We did not hear the squeaking noise. That made me feel very good. Also, what made my day was the fact that this was a holiday weekend and they were very busy and still was able to accommodate my needs and address my concerns within an hour's time. I've been a customer since 1997 and this is the only place I come for service because the people are great. I would always recommend this location to others.

"Great customer service"

I took my CRV in for electronic/ software issues and it took two visits to address the issue since they found a hardware malfunction was causing the problem. I was given a loaner car for a couple of days. Ms Gloria Alvarez was very professional and courteous service rep.

"Reliable, Fast and Friendly "

I went to Advantage Honda to have my Civic Type-R serviced due to hitting a pothole on the Long Island Expressway. I took the car in and was greeted by Gloria the service advisor. She understood my problem and my concerns about the car. She called up my my wheel and tire protection plan and was able to get me a brand new rim and tire. Gloria recommended all the necessary repairs needed to correct the vehicle's alignment. It took approximately two days but i was also offered a loaner car. Overall I was very satisfied with the repair and will recommended this place to any Honda owner.

"Quick and efficient"

Went there for an oil change for 2017 Honda Accord. From start to finish, it was very smooth and quick. The staffs, especially Robert, was very nice and efficient. I thought it would take more than an hour as I saw many people waiting. However, about 30-40 minutes, Robert informed me my car was ready. And the first oil change was free!!! I will come back again.
