The Servicing Department is run incredibly efficiently. I was in and out for a 10,000-mile servicing in a little over an hour. The Service Department representative is very professional & cordial. My appointment was at 8:40AM, And I didn’t receive my car back until 2:40 PM got no work done on my car because the technician that previously worked on my car is working on another car.. So my car was sitti back until 2:40 PM got no work done on my car because the technician that previously worked on my car is working on another car.. So my car was sitting in the dealership all morning until noon without giving me any update that my car wasn’t being worked on that day.. The service advisor then told me he will call me the next day which didn’t happened, to schedule me with the same technician working on my car. How is it my car been sitting all day without me being updated. Now I have to reschedule and miss another day of work to sit in the dealership all day or wait to heard no update. Advantage Toyota Valley Stream need better communication between Service advisor and customers cause it should be no way I have schedule appointment my car cannot be seen. More
my agent never give me the correct information. i asked her few times what is the total price of the card and what is my trading value. she always told me paper is not with her. she told me i will i asked her few times what is the total price of the card and what is my trading value. she always told me paper is not with her. she told me i will know when i am closing the deal. She schedule it on August 4th at 7pm. we were there on time but don't know why its took too long for setting with the finance person. we waited till 10:30pm. We asked for our trading value and found we didn't get any equity on our car but at the time of deal she told my equity was $5000. I was surprise to know that my trading value is $0. They put wrong address on my DMV registration. when i noticed it they advise me to go DMV office to fix it. I react and told them its not my fault so they need to fix it. Finally it fixed. i am really not happy with my agent because she was never professional and hid all information. I am not recommending my agent KIsha. next time i will go different dealer. More
Very professional service. Al handed us off to finance manager, Mike (not sure of the nsme. I was suggested to change a tire and pay $300+ when I could actually pay $25 to fix it, which I did. Shame on you guys! You never miss an opportunity.
