Rudeness is not good business practice. ZERO STARS It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ It took a year and a call to Toyota Corporate for them to even service the warranty repair on my car. Offered additional service to the tune of $1000+ that I wish I never agreed to, because they caused another $1600 worth of repairs. Of course, they aren't taking responsibility for it, but it's related to the original "repair" work. Their phones never work. Although, I've seen Andy drop customer calls into his already-full voicemail. I ONLY get a call back if I call Toyota corporate, and even they tell me it's up to the independently owned dealer to fix a problem they caused. It's been 2 weeks and no response other than "we'll fix it... For $1600". Rude, dismissive, fleecing tricksters. More

Service Dept not helpful We bought a 2017 RAV 4 Limited in Jan 2017. We installed the remote starter and that did not seem to work if you were more than 15ft away. So we took We bought a 2017 RAV 4 Limited in Jan 2017. We installed the remote starter and that did not seem to work if you were more than 15ft away. So we took it to the dealership and asked them to look into it. The service agent advised us that it needs the signal extender and that he would call us as soon as the part was delivered. It has been 3 weeks since we went to the dealership. We must have called at least 10 times and every time we get the same answer that "the part has not arrived." It seems like we are on our own after buying the car from ADVANTAGE TOYOTA IN VALLEY STREAM. They are not willing to help us at all and giving us a run around. Additionally the service agents are all VERY RUDE. I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

World Class service So I went in Friday 1/13 to get a bulb changed in my tail light for the brakes. Once I was done, I was offered a car wash. On the way to the car was So I went in Friday 1/13 to get a bulb changed in my tail light for the brakes. Once I was done, I was offered a car wash. On the way to the car wash, the driver accidentally drove over a median, which caused my alignment to go out of sync. I talked to my friend Marty Goldberg, who arranged to get the car to the dealership and fixed on Monday, 1/16. He spoke to Zach Widder and told him about the issue. Michael Caputo did the actual alignment. The car is working perfectly now. Thank you to everyone here who helped correct this issue. Would definitely recommend this place. Hands down. More

Servicing My Car So I went in to the dealership on Tuesday 10/11 because I needed an oil change, inspection and also my brakes were squeaking. When I got there, I was So I went in to the dealership on Tuesday 10/11 because I needed an oil change, inspection and also my brakes were squeaking. When I got there, I was hooked up with Service Advisor Andrew Jean, who took really good care of me. I also hung out with Marty Goldberg, who was very nice and accommodating to me while I was waiting. Several times during my wait, Mr. Jean actually called me back to the work area, where the technician not only showed me the issues, but actually explained what was happening to me, which I thought was not only wonderful, but fascinating in it's on right. It turned out that I needed a fair amount of work done, so I got 1/2 of it done in 10/11 and the other 1/2 done on 10/14. They were even prepared to give me a loaner, because the work might have taken too long (I had a time limit on Friday, and at one point, it looked like the car wasn't going to be ready on time, but it was). I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who lives in the NYC area who needs a Toyota. World Class salespeople and top notch customer service. Ask for Wayne Wilson in sales. He'll take awesome care of you. More
Satisfied customer with some frustration I came in today to have my tire and trim on fender line fix. Its 330pm i have no appointment. Jaime De Lemos from service advisor without hesitation accomodated me and was very helpful. He help me find out about my warranty coverage and was on his "A"game with it comes to customer service. Very friendly and down to earth. I would have given my entire experience a 5 star but one of the service advisor that first receive me before Jaime was totally unhelpful. Not only that he said that i have no appt. And its late. I have to come back tom if i want service . He even mentioned if im covered with tire insurance he has to call for approval and its a long process He said comeback tom or leave the car behind overnight. And then he turned his back at me. Thank God Jaime ended up helping me. He checked my warranty which did not take 2 mins to do and mind you Hes very friendly and courtesous unlike the other guy. I dont know his name its a white guy with mustaches and gray hair.Buy anyway sure enough my car got fix in less than an hour. More

After great service previously I was afraid i wasnt going to receive the same but wow I was impressed! top notch customer experience from the beginning to the end. I have to say this is the best dealership inside out. Staff are on their toes specially Jessica B was super sweet and proffesional . Steve the mechanic always on point with my car, Im very picky and in my opinion the time he fixed my car , he is one of the best experienced mechanic hands down. Always professional and knows his stuff! Thank you advantage toyota for gaining my trust and caring for your customer. From as little as an oil change to major repairs this guys will treat you like family!!! More
