I purchased a new car in Sept. 2013 and was extremely pleased with the entire experience. My husband decided to purchase a used car from them in Feb 2014. The rims were not in good condition at the time of purchase so they agreed to have them reconditioned at his convenience. We visited the dealership on Wednesday afternoon and let the car to be worked on Thursday to be picked up Thursday afternoon. My husband did not receive a phone call during the day on Thursday so he assumed the car was ready for pick up Thursday afternoon after work. Upon arrival to his dismay we learned the car had not been touched at all . He spoke to Michael Mason and he assured him that the car would be reasy Friday afternoon around 4:30pm. Well again to his dismay this afternoon we arrived and the car still has not been touched. Well my husband was visibly upset and raised his voice several times. Brad Ruckert offered excuses and apologies. However Michael Mason offered no apologies and was rude and unprofessional. He characterized my husband's behavior as childiah and crazy. Mr. Mason clearly does not know much about business or customer service. He never apologized and only made statemebt equivalent to throwing the saleaman under the bus. I am going to file several more complaints and make sure I tell everyone that I can not to visit Advantage Cars in Houston, Texas. If you purchase a used car you will not receive a customer satisfaction surve;therefore they could care less about the service they provide or your satisfaction!
