He was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional and excelled in handling our inquiries. We spoke with him about two vehicles we saw on the internet. He not only made arrangements for test drives, he took the initiative to recommend a few other vehicles he thought we might be interested in. As it turned out, we ended up buying one of the vehicles he recommended - it was just what we were looking for! Although financially it was a little more than we planned on spending, Daniel came up with some practical and creative solutions to fit our budget. He provided extraordinary service and we highly recommend him when purchasing a vehicle from Airport Infiniti!! More

Service Department Needs Improvement My service experiences at this dealership are so frustrating I am going to start driving 2 hours away for service from the closest competitor. My las My service experiences at this dealership are so frustrating I am going to start driving 2 hours away for service from the closest competitor. My last visit was the worst so far and I will never step foot in the building again. I brought my QX60 in because an airbag light came on, before I even stepped foot out of my vehicle, Jack - the service advisor stopped to feel my tire tread and told me I am going to need tires on my 2015 QX60 that has 28,000 miles, I would expect a little longer life out of the tires on a brand new car but even if that is typical Jack should work on his soft skills if he wants to sell more tires. At least let me get out of the car before trying to get me to spend money during my warranty repair visit. After diagnosing my vehicle it is determined that I need an airbag module and it will take a day to come in, I coordinate with Jack to drop my vehicle off at the airport valet since they offer pickup service and I was heading out of town a few days later, I have a maintenance package that gives me a loaner vehicle but this prevented me tying up their loaner for this service. Jack said that is not a problem and we scheduled the service, the day after I left my vehicle at the airport valet Jack calls me to tell me that the airbag module which was supposed to take a day to come in is still not in and that they may need my car for longer than expected so he brought a loaner vehicle to the airport for me to have when I return from my trip. As great as this sounds it would have been a major inconvenience since the airport valet is $20 per day (he dropped the loaner off on a Friday and I was coming in late Monday night so it would have cost me at least $60 for 3 days maybe even 4 depending on how they charge for the valet). I would have made different arrangements had I known this prior to my trip. Jack had several days to let me know the airbag module was not in yet and I could have avoided this, a warranty repair should not cost a customer any money for parking so when I explained this to Jack he was out of options and talked over me and disrespectfully so much I became very frustrated and told him I would not like my vehicle serviced at his dealership and he hung up on me. The service manager tried contacting me to help after I texted the dealership to tell them to deliver my vehicle to my home but I am not willing to work with them as long as Jack is at the dealership. I had them bring my vehicle to my home and I arranged for transportation from the airport after my trip. I will be taking my vehicle to another dealership for all service going forward even if I have to drive 2 hours for the closest competing dealer. On top of everything they still have one of my keys, it was supposed to be delivered to me and I haven't heard from anyone at the dealership. More

Lounge area was clean, comfortable and well-stocked if you decide to wait. I was called promptly by Steve with updates on my service and cost. When I returned to pick up my car, it was a quick and friendly check out. Service agent even walked me to my car and opened and closed the door for me. Car was cleaned inside and out. Best service I've ever had at a dealership. Will drive the extra miles from now on to this dealership since they go the extra mile for their customers! More

After telling us ALL associated fees were part of the lease negotiation we received a bill from the vehicle that was turned in for the lease settlement. Not only did Infiniti not pay these fees, but now they tell me they don't recall ever discussing them and that they cant help me. Horrible business practice and slick sales people are all there is to offer here. More

The staff were always prepared for us and very knowledgeable. When stopping in with three smallish, squirming children, things could not have been smoother, and therefore we could focus. When we came in to close the deal, we were so surprised and loved the celebration we were given at the dealership. What fun!! We love our new QX60! Thank you, Andrew Connor and Jesse Huber!!! I spoke with Jesse on the phone and informed him about the terrible process I had been through while buying a vehicle. Jesse confirmed they had the vehicle and he made sure it was still there when I arrived. Upon arriving, the van was washed and pulled to the front of the business. Jesse was polite and eager to answer my questions. The sales process was one of the best I have ever experienced while buying a vehicle. I appreciate Jesse Huber/Pete Mapp for valuing a customer and treating me fairly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would not hesitate to buy from again. More
