I came in for service on 9/3. Was told my motor was liking oil. I had to leave it. Did mot get it back until 9/9. I was given a loan from Enterprise. When I bought car there was no window washing fluid. Sales person said they would make sure it was added. I came twice to get vehicle serviced and asked for it to be added. The service advisor was great, the reason for the low rating is because I paid to replace the battery and yet the contacts are full of corrosion. There is no way it could have accumulated so much in jus rating is because I paid to replace the battery and yet the contacts are full of corrosion. There is no way it could have accumulated so much in just 2 weeks. That means that the service tech switched the battery and did not take the time to clean the contacts. Thats terrible. More
