This is specifically targeting DAVID. I am a repeat customer of Drive Time. DAVID was the name of the individual who handled my trade-in transaction. I was pressured and basically led lik I am a repeat customer of Drive Time. DAVID was the name of the individual who handled my trade-in transaction. I was pressured and basically led like a small child into giving a 'review' while still in the middle of the process of purchasing my vehicle. The whole experience was OK, however, today, just two days later I called to ask for a copy of the documents that I signed and was told by DAVID that he 'could NOT' provide copies of the documentation that I signed. The file I was given did NOT contain copies of signed copies of the contract, which I greatly need in order to request a refund from the New Mexico MVD in order to request a refund for the registration I had purchased for the vehicle that I traded in. He was USELESS. I called back and spoke to another representative and lo and behold, they emailed those docs to me right away. SERVICE AFTER THE SALE, DAVID. Ever HEARD of it??? More

When I called the number three days later kept getting a run around and finally was told that I had to go back to the dealership to cancel two of the coverage. Went in and explained ever thing to the GM, he didn't understand why the loan specialists didn't redo the contract when I questioned the coverage. Vincent and the GM where very pleasant, the load department was only out to get more money out of the customer. Thanks to the GM my payments went down, amount owed and life of the load. Disappointed with quality I purchased a pick up from this dealership, I pointed out that the overhead console had been broken as well as the radio/temp cluster. This damage happened while they were installing the GPS locator that they use to track all they vehicles they sell.....since they insisted on installing it and made it a requirement they should pay for the damage they cause when doing so. Just thought I should share this experience so other are aware. More
