I have a Mazda 6 that has a VERY expensive battery. I called Alan Webb Mazda service and they quoted me a $75 service charge to install the battery. When I picked up my car and they gave me the bill, the called Alan Webb Mazda service and they quoted me a $75 service charge to install the battery. When I picked up my car and they gave me the bill, there was a $31 charge for installation. The service writer said that she feels bad for people who have to pay so much for a battery and discounted the service charge. I didn’t ask for this, she just did it. I had reservations about going to this dealership for service because of prior experience, but I’ll be going back again. More

Best experience I've had at a dealership. Wasn't pressured, didn't feel cheated nor did I feel guilty after purchasing my 2019 Mazda 6 Signature. Went to several dealerships and was disappointed bec pressured, didn't feel cheated nor did I feel guilty after purchasing my 2019 Mazda 6 Signature. Went to several dealerships and was disappointed because of their fake smiles and horrible sale pitches. Dealerships in the PDX area and Southern Washington need to take notes because Alan Webb Mazda is on point. Real people that care and don't leave you feeling that you got a bad deal. More
