The oil cap was not put back on and oil spilled all over my engine. I figured it out when driving down the freeway about 45 minutes from home when I noticed a ton of smoke coming from the engine. It was about 98 degrees out and I had to pull over on the side of the freeway to investigate only to find that the only problem was the cap was not replaced. Pretty unhappy with this visit. More
