Hello Genny, Thank you for the response on the survey comment on dealerrate. I am dealing with alot of stuff with my 2020 rogue and I am greatly afraid to driving the car and spilled out my concerns and I felt like sales was laughing about the issue. I went 2 weeks without a car while I paid 500 that month with walking to work when I'm making payments on a car that costs $37k. Very disappointed. I asked about a car situation and they told me no they cant just looking at the screen no eye contact at all saying they got yelled at by the insurance company. They took my insurance card so I called my insurance about the situation and they said no they had no issues or called anyone and they marked my car unsafe to drive. It's been braking on its self. Almost got into a accident both times. I am not happy how this is being treated what so ever. I traded my 2017 in for thos 2020 in july. It only has 1500 miles on it and I cant trust the car. I'm ready to place my buisness somewhere else if this doesnt get resolved. I was told I can call customer service and change the dealership to another Nissan. Who will help me with my car and fix it and give me a loaner to help me get taken care of. I already called lemon law and bought cameras. I'm not sure how you can help me with this. But I added another name to my loan at the bank just incase I die in a accident with this car so that person can help and take care of the situation.
