Bought the very 1st 124 Spider ever sold at WH Fiat today! I've been a Fiat enthusiast since purchasing my first new car in 1971 which was a 128 Fiat Sedan. I've owned 3 Fiats since then. My wife and I have been considering buying a sports car for some time since we've both retired. She noticed that Fiat had brought back the 124 Spider and looked on line to see if there was one at WH Fiat. We looked at the 3 that they had on the lot on Sunday and came back on Monday to test drive one. Pete Loganzo met us as soon as we got out of our car and was very friendly, easy to talk with, attentive and did not pressure us at all. He let us test drive the 124 and it was a blast to drive! After the test drive we met with Alex Mahalak who helped us with the purchase process. The entire staff made our purchase a very enjoyable experience! More

Customer Care below expectations. While the purchase of my new FIAT in December was a pleasant experience, it's been over a month now and my 2016 500x warranty problem is not fixed. To find out what's going on I have to call them as they don't return calls, they don't provide updates and when they do their information is not reliable. What was supposed to take 2-3 days as now turned into a month and while the new part was to have arrived 2/19 it did not. Meanwhile yellow warning light keeps going on and off and other warning systems are not working at all. Service puts the blame on Fiat. Today is March 3 part was supposed to be in and quess what. No call, guess part is not in. Frankly it is so irritating and frustrating and I am so disappointed I wish I had never bought a FIAT. More

(after months of searching online and getting to the dealer to look and being told, oh sorry we JUST sold that is frustrating to say the least) so that was the first PLUS! We were able to browse for a while before we were approached by Jon Mospaw. We appreciated not being bombarded as soon as we drove onto the lot... Jon was very laid back, very friendly with a calmness that my husband and I both appreciated! He was exactly what we needed. He was easy to talk to, very friendly, no pressure attitude kind of guy. He took all the time we needed and was happy to be helping us. We ended up with a great deal and a great car, couldn't be happier about the entire experience. More

2015 Abarth....Love the experience! I was owning a 2012 Fiat 500 sport, (purchased by Fiat of Winter Haven),and was in for scheduled oil change. I met salesman Jon Mospaw about a month I was owning a 2012 Fiat 500 sport, (purchased by Fiat of Winter Haven),and was in for scheduled oil change. I met salesman Jon Mospaw about a month earlier as he love to talk about the 500's. As I always do when in the dealership, I walked the used car section just browsing and killing time. Chit-chating with Jon about different cars on the lot and he says, "I have a 2015 Abarth Automatic you need to drive." "Nah... not into automatics on these small cars," I said. But, what the heck, I thought, and took it around the block. Holy Abarth! Are you kidding me? This this flies and sounds totally awesome. So I kept driving it until it became part of me. (around the block, on the highway, around corners, straightaways), Dang you, Jon! Long story, short, went to work that afternoon, thought about it most of the night, and, it was mine the next day. I traded in the 2012, got a great deal, opted for the extended 85,000 mile warranty, and was treated by Jon and Alex Mahalak with extreme respect. The people working at this dealership are friendly, courteous, and all around nice guys. Thanks, Jon, my Abarth is frikin awesome! More
