I wish everything would have been great. Your Manager Harry needs a lot more training on dealing with customers and over promising things he CAN NOT DELIVER. I had asked before the deal was done if certain items could be fixed (key word fix not touch up). He said yes great bring it back and we can work on the car. Twice I came and twice it was not handled properly or to expectations. Mind you the second time I was reluctant to bring the car because of the wasted time before. I told him you had a chance to fix it and failed. He again over promised and WAY underdeliver. The car looks worse than when I asked to be fixed. They used a touch pen not even the same blue (darker blue) and it looks horrible. Now the only solution for me is to take it to a body shop and re spray the whole bumper. Thanks to Harry and and his shop my dream car is now ruined and I didnt even get to have a good experience. I would not in a million years recommend coming here again. Other than Ozzie who truly care and really wanted to help me but his hands are tied because of bad management. You have an amazing sales person, but horrendous manager in Harry. You will lose business if carry on with the way of treating your clients. To Harry thaks for the bad experience and sour taste I now have.
