"Recall service"

Went in for a recall. Only negative was Fox News playing on tv in waiting room. Would have nade for an unpleasant wait if I didn’t have my ear buds for my phone.

"Recall Cruise Control"

Well I don't know what happens or how long a takes to accomplish but I arrived with my vehicle before 7 am. At 7 am the employees show up. Theres 4 customers waiting. I fell in line like number 3 so it was at least after 7:10 am before I was asked for my name. So my vehicle was taken after that and was moved to the technician. The service department said my vehicle would be completed before noon. OK so I got a courtesy ride home. At 7:28 am I received a call from the service department that I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. I had not been dropped off at my home yet. I returned the call as soon as I went in the house and ask who this was and they told me my vehicle was ready. What? I though it would take longer. It must have been in service not more than 18 minutes or less. Can this be? I don't know but to set up the equipment, update the software, and on and on. Less than 18 minutes is efficient time but was it complete correctly.

"4 hr oil chang and tire rotation?"

It took 4 hours to perform a oil change and tire rotation, which should have taken maybe an hour. Didn’t throw the spare tire into the rotation like I asked, when I got home, I found oily hand prints on the hood, fenders, and I think on the steering wheel (but not sure, it felt like something was on it though) I called back and complained about the hand prints, which I washed off myself, just the principle of the deal. I will never go back and I have the Jeep Wave Program

"Long wait just for an oil change!! "

Took over 3.5 hrs to get an oil change done... who has time to wait around for that long! Only reason why we go to the dealership is cause we have lifetime oil changes. Otherwise, we wouldn’t take it to the dealership!

Went to get a wash and detail and nothing on the inside was clean only outside and the whole bottom had splatters on it from the tire cleaner i guess
