I took my car to be repaired at the Allan Vigil Ford Collision Center after my accident. Afterwards, I needed someone from the body shop to call an insurance company to verify the dates that they had my car. I called several times and left several messages, no one called my back. I spoke with Lennie Bishop, who is the manager of the body shop, and told him my situation. He told me get back with me in a few days. He never called me back. Finally, I had to contact the general manager of the dealership just to get my situation resolved and even he made me feel like I was wasting my time.
As far as quality of the repairs, my trunk release button inside my car is no longer working. It was working just fine before I took my car in for repair( I was hit from behind so the damage was in the back bumper and trunk lid). When I took my car back and explained that the button was no longer, I was told that the damage had nothing to do with the trunk lid release button and that it probably has dirt in it. After picking up my car, I found the cover to my battery was lying on back seat. They forgot to put it back on.
Most important, throughout the duration that they was repairing my car, I NEVER received any phone calls regarding the status. Each and every time I had to call just to get an update.
I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Communication is the key and from my experience, they do not like returning phone calls.
