My appointment was for a Monday. It’s Thursday and they still haven’t looked at my car nor can they tell me when they’ll look at my car. No offer of a loaner, or a rental either. So unprofessional. This is the second car I have purchased there and will never buy another one from them simply because of the service department. More

I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership but will definitely not purchase another. While I loved the salesperson we had, their service department is very lackluster. I had an appointment on a Monday definitely not purchase another. While I loved the salesperson we had, their service department is very lackluster. I had an appointment on a Monday and on Wednesday close they still hadn’t looked at my vehicle. They can’t tell me when they’ll look at it, they won’t give me a loaner and they won’t get me a rental. I’m just at their mercy. I don’t want to have to deal with their service department for another car. So while I love my Kia, I just won’t buy here again. More
