Great experience!!! My experience at Alpina Imports has nothing but friendly, patient and supportive. I purchased my car over a year ago and I cannot express the number My experience at Alpina Imports has nothing but friendly, patient and supportive. I purchased my car over a year ago and I cannot express the number of times I have called with 911 calls on something being wrong. Every time I have called they have been more than willing to fix, help or direct me to get the jib done. I am looking for another car and so is my son and we will only be looking at Alpina. Thanks guys for all you do. More

Be careful when you drive your new car home Buyer Beware !! Purchased a Mercedes from Alpina Imports and drove it home... When I got home dashboard lit up in red saying "battery problem take to Buyer Beware !! Purchased a Mercedes from Alpina Imports and drove it home... When I got home dashboard lit up in red saying "battery problem take to work shop". Paid with trade $25,000. Not given a owners Manuel and afraid to drive it I took it to a close by excellent mechanic...he told me alternator went bad and wore down battery and had to be replaced, he told me cruise control not working & fuse box had to be replaced, and found bushing missing that he also repaired...fixed with a cost of $941.00. Robert, the owner told me he repairs all the cars himself and since he was on vacation and NOT able to fix the car told the girl in office to tell me he is not paying the $941. They did not honor the guarantee. Everything sounded great before the purchase and after you drive off you are on your own for $$$$ repairs. I see I am not alone with problems that occur after sale at Alpina Imports. Just read the other reviews for Alpina Imports. I was suppose to get the owners Manuel when Robert returned but he didn't have one and he told me he would get one on Ebay and send it to me... Satisfied I bought a work van from this dealer a month ago and when I took it to my mechanic, he advised I needed some small service work completed. I visited t I bought a work van from this dealer a month ago and when I took it to my mechanic, he advised I needed some small service work completed. I visited the dealer and spoke with the owner who advised me he would help me out on the repairs even though they were not under the 30 day drive train warranty. I took him the bill and received a check in the mail a few days later. I was happy to see he stood behind his word. It is hard to find people like that these days. I am completely satisfied. More

Called dealer in the morning and drove way the same day I just wanted to share my excitement. I bought a large SUV years ago from Alpina Imports and the gas it eats has started to become a problem. I commut I just wanted to share my excitement. I bought a large SUV years ago from Alpina Imports and the gas it eats has started to become a problem. I commute to DC for work. I went to the website and saw a Chrysler that I fell in love with. I called them and the young lady told me to come in to see what she could do for me. They showed me the car, I loved it, she ran my credit (didn't think it would go through) and I drove away last night. They were super friendly and patient with my grandkids. I already told my neighbor about them and he has an appointment for Friday. More
