A great experiencing signing onto a new car lease in May 2023. Our sales manager, Peter, was incredibly responsive over email and a delight to work with in person. We we were able to work out 90% of the details of the deal before even stepping foot in the dealership. For that last (and dare I say most important) 10% we had the pleasure of working with Phoenix. He was the most friendly and chill salesman I've come across and as bright as the city he's named after. I think our test drive was the longest part of the whole process (minimal exaggeration) due to the entire team's attentive approach & process knowledge and execution. And I would be remiss if I also didn't give credit to Elisa for being the fastest typist this side of the Mississippi to finalize all the finance details. Really appreciate this team for everything they did for us and their honest and helpful approach to what can typically be a terribly stressful process. More
