Paperwork was not ready and bank approval was not started as promised. I flew in from Fairbanks and had a 7hr drive ahead of me. Second the Finance tactic to push you into gap insurance and extended warranty is not done in an nice professional way It felt more like a bully tactic to emotionally make a decision rather an educated desision. When I asked for details about the extended warranty a few days before arriving I was told that they would not show this to me until I got there. I wanted to review the warranty as I had intensions to purchase the warranty. Before purchasing the expensive warranty I wanted to understand it. I needed to know the specifics, example what is not covered as I have heard the factory warranty would not cover certain items. The gentlemen was upset when I questioned him on this information, using his bully tactic to force me to buy something. I will buy my extended warranty just not through this dealership! Overall I thought this dealership was a low end used sales car experience. The salesman Chase did great ! He’s a great guy. Lucky my tires and winter cover where found after I found these items where missing from the truck. I upgraded the tires, the factory tires where not in the bed of the truck when I showed up. They where found in a mechanics bay as he planned to take them home. He removed them from my truck ! I was disappointed to have a stressful first time new truck buying experience. More

My sales team was great, Jason was beyond helpful and exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. With my unique position he was more then knowledgeable and even helped during his time off. My exemplifies the highest standards of customer service. My only negative experience was with a check signed it took me 3 hours to take possession of my new purchase. The slowest part was waiting on the office people to print my paperwork and send me on the way. I spoke directly to the finance guy and was shrugged off when i had a 56k check in hand. This aspect of customer service i feel needs to be addressed. There isnt a single reason a cash customer should have to wait that long. Outside of a 16 hour purchase time frame. I felt jason really made the differnce of this deal working. If he wasnt so knowledgeable and helpful i would have taken my buisness elsewhere. Im not sure what kind of program system the company uses but there are definitely some areas on the computer program that could use attention as well.
