"Service above and beyond!"

We bought our vehicle with Anderson Nissan Mazda and decided to try the service there as well. I am so glad we did as the customer service we received was exceptional! On one occasion, my husband and I were 600 plus miles away and were having issues with our vehicle. I called service and spoke to Tyler who asked me a series of questions in response to what our issue was. He was able to give me information that set my mind at ease that what was happening would be very unlikely to cause problems on our trip back to IL. Upon our return to IL, we got the vehicle in and the issue turned out to be exactly what Tyler expected. Thankfully, just as he anticipated, it caused us no concerns on the way home. In addition, each time I set an appointment for service via the phone (basic maintenance and a recall) and each time I was at the dealership for service, Tyler was always friendly, kind and respectful. My husband and I have since moved from IL and oh how I wish we could have brought the Anderson Nissan Mazda staff with us! We truly appreciate the great service we got from this dealership. I would highly recommend them!

Pete Carlson was great at assisting me in setting up my blue tooth. Service was quick and staff are super friendly. I did not have an appointment but they got me in on my time. Great quality too!

Paid attention to my wants needs and amount I could afford. He wasted no time and had cars lined up to test drive until we found the one for me and my family. I can honestly say he wasn't like the other salesmen. He really cared for us. These other guys put you in cars to rich for your blood or have you spending alot on something that's not even worth it. Not Joe. Ill be back to see you in a couple years for my next car joe

"Service Excellence"

- Very Happy!

I have owned my first Mazda for about 5 years. I have always taken it to the dealership for routine maintenance. Justin has always been very polite and friendly when I call and come in for service. Last year a rock hit my windshield on a trip to Florida, and I called him for advice. He never makes me feel like an inconvenience. Always friendly and helpful. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, this type of service would definitely be a consideration to stay with a Mazda vehicle.

"Great people. Great Atmosphere. "

Every worker at this place is super awesome. Justin was great at helping us with issues on our new car. He went above and behind what I could have ever expected. He gave us a rental and took less than 24 hours to fix a major issue on our car. Normally I deal with rude service guys who do not want to repair anything under warranty. They usually give me some reason why I have to pay but not at Anderson Mazda. I had 2 big issues and they fixed it for free. I definitely will go back to Anderson Mazda even if I have no warranty and have to pay out of pocket. The people here seem to really enjoy working at Mazda and helping other Mazda owners.

"Went in for regular maintenance on my 2008 Sports Edition..."

Went in for regular maintenance on my 2008 Sports Edition Altima and came out with a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Rick in service is awesome and has always taken great care of us and Bill Barr over our 4 Nissan purchases has always treated us great. Bill Barr is by far one of the best Salesmen in our area. Great salesmen and great service works to keep us coming back.....and one never knows when we may find the coolest Nissan model and want to trade in one of our existing 2 Nissan vehicles. We love our Nissan toys!

"This is hands down the WORST dealership that I have ever..."

This is hands down the WORST dealership that I have ever been to! I bought a 1986 Nissan 300ZX a classic car for any Nissan enthusist. I took it there to have a coolant problem looked at, little did I know that they charged me 800 dollars for a 300 dollar job not unlike any other dealership but the jackasses never even replaced the radiator! They just left my lower hose unclamped down, they also didn't tighten down the thermostat housing to spec and it was leaking. Less than 12000 miles later I am having another coolant problem with a noticable amount of coolant on my radiator. I take it back there because it is still under warrenty (otherwise I wouldn't have ever let my car in that garage again) they tell me it is the upper radiator hoses that are bad. The next day my car is even worse than I have ever seen it. I bought my radiator hoses and went to put them in I quickly noticed that they NEVER replaced my radiator it is still leaking nor did they change any of the hoses they said they did and the thermostat had RTV sealant in the hole coolant goes through. I will certainly be calling my lawyer tomorrow and paying them a visit. I wouldn't reccomend this dealership to anyone!
