I will not be back to your dealership. Half way over today I thought, Zac Anderson is probably not even going to be there and the hour drive over will be in vein. It was. I was right. I had expectations of making a true honest business relationship and getting information on a couple of different vehicles so as I could find one I will be able to purchase in 6-8 months with cash. Whomever I spoke with could have given a care less in meeting these needs and was not interested in anything I had to say or explain and had barely any knowledge of your vehicles. I knew more than he did, because I've been doing my research on different models because I am looking to make a serious purchase. He couldn't wait to get me out of there looking for the next sale. I'll be going to another Subaru Dealership. You should get that young man this book by Dale Carnegie, "How to Win Friends and Influence People", it might help him with his people and sales skills. I drove an hour to build a new relationship and was there less than ten minutes. I'm extremely disappointed in my visit today and you’ve lost a potential life long customer. More

Upfront pricing, no BS. If you choose Anderson Subaru in Pensacola Florida as your dealership, Adam is you’re number one pick for a salesman. There were some computer issues with our brand new Subaru Outba Pensacola Florida as your dealership, Adam is you’re number one pick for a salesman. There were some computer issues with our brand new Subaru Outback on the day we purchased it. Star link flagged the issues, we were contacted by Anderson Subaru and buy star link within hours. They gave us a brand new car as a loaner until they could fix the issue with ours. That’s an example folks, of going above and beyond customer service. I have no reason to believe that we will have nothing but outstanding customer service in the future. Having a relationship not just a business deal means a lot. More
