Jeff has been so very helpful in keeping my two "vintage" Lexuses road worthy and going strong. He is more than a service manager and has become a friend over the years. I had positive experiences at the dealership before. However, todays visit was terrible. I brought my car for a 10,000 miles maintenance visit. I was told I would be contacted on the phone (text) whe However, todays visit was terrible. I brought my car for a 10,000 miles maintenance visit. I was told I would be contacted on the phone (text) when it was completed. 1.5 hours later, I was still patiently waiting in the waiting room. Finally I decided to check and explained to the receptionist how long I was waiting. The receptionist had absolutely no empathy or compassion for my long wait. She seemed to have missed my folder. The car was ready for a while but no one has contacted me. No one apologized for my long waiting. In fact the receptionist and the technician were laughing about it - it seemed it was funny to them that my folder was missed. It did not matter that I was waiting for so long. There was empathy or understanding for my long and unnecessary waiting and no explanation. I felt very disrespected. Customers and people in general should not be treated this way! The reception area is very nice and is even decorated with fresh flowers. However, none of this matters whey you have rude people working for you! More

I called Oct 19 to check and see what it would cost to replace a tire. Janet Forquer told me I had purchased a special tire warranty and the tire replacement would be free. Went in today had the tire replaced and found out that Janet was just a condescending liar. It was not free. She LIED. Why lie? To get more business? Janet Forquer was condescending and unpleasant. It must be really fun for her to lie to people and watch their disappointment at the service counter. I should have know she was a horrible person. She was really rude until she got back on the line Oct 19 and then sweetly said we had free tire replacement. All just to be mean and scamming to get business. Then the service dept told me my tire sensor was also ruined and must be replaced. I didn't have the money to pay for the tire and the $250 sensor. But guess what when I left my sensor worked just fine. So more scamming trying to make money off of hard working people. Disgusted by Anderson Toyota. My family has purchased vehicles there for years. Never again. Service manager Ryan was just as useless as Janet. HE SAID WHY SHOULD HE HAVE TO EAT THE COST OF THE TIRE JUST BECAUSE JANET WAS WRONG. HE MEANT SHE LIED. CONSUMER BEWARE! More

At Rockford Toyota/Lexus it's usually oil changes & routine maintenance for me... but when I have particular inquiries.. if .. she's knowledgeable.
