I made an appointment online for an oil change. The service agent said it would be about 45 minutes to an hour and gave me a number that I could text and communicate with. After about an hour and 20 minutes I texted the service agent for an estimated time my car would be ready and he did not reply. I asked a cashier if I could pay ahead and the service agent then approached me to tell me the car takes time and would be done shortly. Over 2 hours had passed then I receive a text about the status of my car. The customer service agent came to showed me a variety of red highlighted items on paper but cannot explain what they were about but that it was a danger. I paid and left. More
