Thank you for your feedback. As I said yesterday the Escalades and Yukons with the black window appliques can experience peeling from sun exposure. I have reviewed your charges for your 2014 Escalade and we replaced your radiator, left front hub and bearing, left side engine mount, performed a brake inspection and recharged your AC system. Your brakes are at 8 and 10MM, these are practically new. High performance brakes can squeak at times and this is considered normal. If you would like to bring your vehicle back by for us to take another look I would be happy to arrange that. I hope you enjoy your 2014 Escalade for many years to come and have a great day. Thank you for your feedback. I apologize if a team member misspoke about the time needed for your appointment. The oil change, rotate and alignment do take about 2 hours to perform, and I also see we replaced your cabin filter and engine filter. The cabin filter is located behind the glove box and the replacement of that typically takes almost an hour by itself. I apologize for any issues the extra time spent at the dealership may have caused you. I will speak with the team regarding the importance of giving accurate time estimates.
