We recently hired additional Technicians and Service Advisors to handle the busy workload in the Service Department. That way we can continue to meet the demand for our services while building a support system to ensure that we are capable of handling the workload. There will always be some times when the Service Department gets very busy, but the average wait time has gone down significantly and we are finding that the added staff is helping tremendously to provide our best service possible to all of our customers getting their vehicles serviced. Live in Douglasville GA, used Quick Lane for 5K service for my Ford Edge at 7:40 am. First visit to the service department, was greeted by several service employees, very polite, met with (Brian Skene) my Service Advisor who was nicely groomed, friendly & knowledgeable in his area work. We drive 12 miles right by another Ford Dealer less then 1.5 miles from our home in Cumming GA to Angela Krause in Roswell. They are Honest and Fair and take great care of us and our 2 Escapes. This last 2016 Escape is our 3rd vehicle we have purchased here. Our most recent visit was for a warranty related issue with our on-board Nav and Matt and the gang in Service did a great job of taking care of us
We have purchased several cars from this dealer because the service department is excellent and we have never been disappointed in 15 years. John,in the service department, has proven to be honest, always helpful and eager to service our cars. We trust him to be certain we have everything working in top condition. The warranties have always proven to be worth the cost, but rarely needed.
Metz Joe Nasser at the door and he was very pleasant, well mannered and eager to assist us. My primary visit was to address an issue we were having with our Lincoln MKX. While they were attending to the MKX, I saw the F-250 and after test driving, we were able to reach a deal that I was satisfied with.
I have been a customer at this dealership for many years.....until today. My vehicle was damaged during a routine service. The service advisor did everything he could including lying not to accept fault by the dealership. His name is Matt Lane. He has the worst customer skills of anyone that I have ever encountered. They will never see me again.
I've had a variety of cars and trucks from luxury sedans to Toyotas. I have been doing business with Angela Krause for 3 years now and on my second f150 from raptor to platinum. This dealership runs like a fine tuned machine. The sales associates make it as easy as possible all the way to the finance department. The service department really shines tho. Josh Westerman is professional and has gone above and beyond for me for 3 years now, very knowledgeable and professional. I will not consider ever going anywhere else.
John Herrin has been my service advisor for the 12 years I've been in GA. He serviced my 1st Lincoln Navigator to 80K miles and my current now at 169K (my teenage son drives it) and has kept it running perfectly. I don't ever think about taking my car anywhere else (even an oil change) because I know that John will take care of me. Thank you for providing outstanding service day in and day out.
After a shaky start in the service department with my wife's 2014 Ford Escape, Service Manager Eric Ford and Quick Lane Asst Manager Steve Smith, pulled out all the stops and hit a home run in the 9th with an outstanding service appointment and customer service. Her car was fixed and finished on time, a loaner was provided for her busy schedule and the car was sparkling clean upon pick up. Way to rally guys, thanks and we will definitely be back.
