An Enjoyable Car Buying Experience I went to Drive Time approximately 2 weeks ago, looking to possibly buy a car. I was greeted by Brandon (Very Friendly and Personable), but, I believe I went to Drive Time approximately 2 weeks ago, looking to possibly buy a car. I was greeted by Brandon (Very Friendly and Personable), but, I believe his Best quality is Integrity...If he didnt know the answer to a question, he asked someone who did! He was very patient (Keep in mind that I test drove 5 cars),went back to the lot a few times, and, had several phone conversations with him before finally making a purchase,(2005 Buick LaCross) but, he (Brandon ) ALWAYS treated me the same each time. The management team was also very friendly, and knowledgeable and after a couple visits, knew me by name. The bottom line is: People buy from people they like and trust. And that`s what I did. (Keep in mind that, the Buick was not my first choice although its an excellent vehicle). Brandon was the primary reason I made the purchase. Absolutely the worst experience. Typical car sales tactics. A bunch of hapless stooges walking around smoking in front of the store like sharks.
